During the most recent meeting, the Board reflected on Anita's departure and expressed its appreciation for her dedication, her careful leadership, and her contribution to the further development of the organisation within the green domain.
“HAS green academy is a wonderful university of applied sciences where students and staff work on fascinating and socially relevant issues. I have greatly enjoyed being able to contribute to this,” says Anita.
Egon Verheijden has been a member of the Supervisory Board since 2022 and brings extensive managerial and financial expertise. In his role as Chief Financial Officer and statutory director at CRV Holding B.V., he is well acquainted with strategic issues and organisational development. With his appointment as chair, he contributes to a stable and future‑oriented governance framework for HAS green academy.
Egon on his new role as chair: “In recent years, HAS green academy has developed strongly. It is a robust knowledge institution that clearly positions itself in terms of education and research within the green domain. It is an honour to contribute, as Chair of the Supervisory Board, to further strengthening this position in the coming years.”
